Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999, as displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders. A handling fee may apply to COD orders, which will be displayed at checkout.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
